Caregivers with Last Names that begin with T-Z must begin using the Choice EVV app starting on February 1 2023.
This has been years in the making and we are excited to provide this secure and simplified method of clocking in and out. We hope you will enjoy logging your work time from your mobile device and no longer using paper timesheets. Please notify the families you support. We will send them information shortly.

How to begin:
1. When can I start using the EVV system?
Please start on February 1st 2024 or your first scheduled shift after February 1 2024. Do not begin using the app before Feb 1 2024.
2. Where is the EVV Training info?

3. We recommend you review ALL of the information below including the EVV Orientation Video. You can watch the brief video at your own pace, pausing if needed.
