Exciting New Partnership
We are pleased to share that Choice Home Care has joined forces with 24 Hour Home Care (24 Hour). This partnership will ensure the seamless continuation of our excellent services. 24 Hour Home Care is a provider of Regional Center services and we are confident that you will love working with them.
Your loyalty over the years is deeply valued, and it has been an absolute privilege to serve you under the banner of Choice Home Care. Looking ahead, we are excited to continue the journey through this partnership with 24 Hour Home Care.
Our staff is dedicated to making this partnership as seamless as possible, and we encourage you to continue to use your services as you normally would. Our team will guide you through the next steps of this phased approach while continuing to have you as a part of our home care family.
Key Reminders:
- Your services will not be interrupted! We are working to ensure that your Provider and services transfer to 24 Hour behind the scenes so you can enjoy the service without any disruption. We will work to transition your services to 24 Hour Home Care over the next several months.
- As a Care Provider, you will not need to be re-hired to work with 24 Hour Home Care! We will work closely with you and your families to ensure you can continue providing services without interruption.
- Our team remains intact! Our entire team will still be supporting you. At this time, there are no changes to the Choice Home Care phone number or email addresses that you are used to.
- Members from the 24 Hour Home Care team will be reaching out to assist you with continuing your services with 24 Hour Home Care.
- We have notified the Regional Center of this change, and will be working with Regional Center leadership and Service Coordinators to transition your services to 24 Hour Home Care if you wish to continue services with us.
- There is no need to initiate a new referral to 24 Hour Home Care. We will replicate the same services you’re used to receiving.

Feeling at ease while receiving at-home care is a major reason why most clients prefer family referred caregivers over agency staff.
If there is someone you prefer (sibling, friend, relative or neighbor) to provide respite for your child contact us to obtain the necessary sign-up forms Designated caregivers must be at least 18 years old and meet the 56792(e) requirements.
We’ll manage all the administrative responsibilities, help to submit timesheets, and facilitate access to training and ongoing support, so that caregivers can provide care services to the best of their ability. By choosing Choice Home Care, caregivers also receive the competitive pay and benefits, such as PTO and overtime.
